Order Dispatch & Delivery Time
We usually dispatch your order on the next day it is placed.
Please allow extra delivery time during busy seasonal times such as Easter, Christmas and around public holidays.
For all NZ customers, we use NZ Couriers and Aramex as courier delivery service for all orders within New Zealand. Your order will be sent with a tracking number via email once the shipment is made and you can track your order online.
All orders usually takes up to 3 to 5 working days for delivery. It usually takes up to 3 extra working days for delivery to rural areas.
For International customers including Australia, we use NZ Post as courier delivery service. All international orders will be sent by Economy Tracked meaning all orders will have tracking numbers. Your order will be sent with a tracking number via email once the shipment is made and you are able to track your order online.
All orders usually takes 3 to 10 working days for delivery.
Please note some countries may charge customs and duties. We advise you to take a look at the customs and duties in your country. Our pricing do not cover any customs and duties charged and we are not responsible for any additional charges and parcel delays as a result of this.
Order with Pre-order Items
If your order contains pre-order items, it will be sent and completed with both the in-stock item/s and pre-order item/s. It means that we will send your order in the same parcel.
If you would like to receive the in-stock item/s and not wanting to wait for the pre-order item/s to arrive, we suggest you make the purchase in a separate order.

Lost or Damaged Items
We carefully check, wrap and package your order.
Please contact us immediately if items arrive damaged or are lost as claims must be made within 7 days. Please know that we will put right any issues immediately.
Please also note that the risk of loss or damage to parcels shifts to the purchaser once the package is accepted and signed for. Please always check your package for damages before signing as our courier company will not accept liability for damages after it has been signed for or after 7 days of delivery.
