Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase!  If there is a problem with your product, we are here to help.  Please contact us within 7 days since you receive the product.  You can contact us at info@buttercupandink.com, and we will do our best to resolve it for you.

Returns:

  • Return Window: You may return most unused, unopened stationery items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

  • Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

    • Opened paper products (notebooks, journals, notepads)

    • Personalised or custom items

    • Sale or clearance items

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at enquiries@buttercupandink with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

  2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return authorisation (if applicable).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
