Return Window: You may return most unused, unopened stationery items within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at enquiries@buttercupandink with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return authorisation (if applicable).
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
